1. PRFORMS FOR WINDOWS is scheduled for release on September
15, 2004. This release will include all current Georgia
payroll forms, plus Forms W-2 for 2004. A maintenance release with
updated Forms 940-EZ and Forms 940 and W-2 magnetic media reporting
for Form W-2 will be available approximately December 1, 2004.
2. Minimum computer requirements. To operate PRFORMS
FOR WINDOWS, you must have a computer operating under Windows 98,
second edition or Windows NT version 4.0 or later with the latest
service packs. A minimum clock speed of 133 mhz is required, with
256 mhz recommended. An operating system of Windows 2000 or XP is
recommended.
3. Printer requirements. Printing forms requires
printers with graphical representation. Most laser printers and
late model desk-jet printers have this capability. Dot matrix printers
are not acceptable. Contact our technical support group (770-303-0010)
for further information on printer compatibility.
4. PRFORMS FOR WINDOWS is sold as a full package,
including ATF payroll features. Previous DOS-based version ("The
WORKS" and "Georgia Forms") have been discontinued.
5. PRFORMS FOR WINDOWS is sold to you on a one year subscription
basis. Your subscription will expire one year after your
initial purchase. renewal prices apply to current users only.
6. PRFORMS FOR WiNDOWS is licensed to you
as a site-license. You may operate this program on up to
five computers at one site (office, home, etc) only. If you operate
mulitple offices, you must purchase additional copies of PRFORMS
for each additional office. Use of a portable (laptop) computer
used by an individual out of a single office will not violate the
site license concept. Loading the program to computers at different
locations without proper licensing violates the site license concept
and will subject you to (1) cancellation of your license agreement;
(2) forfeiture of your licensing fees and (3) legal action for violation
of copyright laws. Contact our sales department at (770) 303-0001

7. REFUND POLICY: Your purchase price
can be returned for a full refund if the return is initiated within
30 days after purchase and all materials, including CD's and manuals,
are returned to us. All returns must be approved by our customer
service departments, and a RMA number assigned by them. No refunds
will be issued on internet purchases. Prospective customers are
urged to download the full featured demonstration program and "try
before you buy".
8. Priority Support is available for an additional
fee. This allows you to (1) call us on a toll-free number and (2)
step to the head of the line. Priority support via telephone is
available five days per week and via email seven days per week at
any time. Our normal support is available without charge,
using the standard support telephone (770-303-0010) and is available
five days per week from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
