Scheduling
Schedule your company appointments and have your schedule available to your employees at their desks. Office Manager provides instant access to your appointment calendar with easy confirmation and tracking of appointments. The program allows you to quickly access other program features from the appointment calendar.

. Enhanced Client Communications
Our Client Communication Module acts as an electronic telephone call list allowing your staff to note incoming calls and assign them priorities for your return call. You can also use this module to track and record your client communications, sorting them by date, client, or provider.
You can make a record of your client's call to you, place it on your to do list, and save the call electronically to retrieve if you need it later! This very handy feature will make you more efficient in dealing with your customers!

Allows you to schedule jobs (engagements) for your clients and to track these jobs through their progression from start to finish.

Client (Customer) Billing
A complete billing system that allows you to create invoices from multiple billing reports entered for sales, consultations, or engagement related activities. Billing reports for recurring events can be automatically created.

Time Tracking and Management
In conjunction with the billing features, you can record time expended for each billable event. These values can be used to track billable hours or provide management reports to gage productivity of staff.

Accounts Receivables Management
A companion of the billing system, the accounts receivable system tracks your receipts and credits to allow you to send invoices and statements to your customers in a timely manner. You can schedule finance charges to be applied to overdue balances, or calculate sales taxes on invoices that are taxable.

Document Tracking
Never lose a document for your clients again with our document tracking system! Create documents from our program using Microsoft Word®, PowerPoint®, or Excel® or Corel’s WordPerfect® or enter the location for existing documents into our document library for easy access.

Report Generation
A complete stable of reports covering all features is available with a few keystrokes. Sort and filter your reports from multiple choices to make your reports more meaningful to you.

Ease of Use
Office Manager was designed for you – to make your use of the program intuitive, simple to follow and easy to understand. A first class help system that can answer your questions, plus field “tool tips” answers you questions in a timely manner when you need assistance. And for those of you who need assistance, a first class support team of programmers and technicians are ready to assist you at our toll free support line.

First Class Support
E-Mail support is available to you without charge at any time. For forty-five days after initial program installation, you will have unlimited access to our technical support staff to assist you with questions about installation and operation of the OFFICE MANAGER. For telephone support after the forty-five day initial installation, you can subscribe to a paid support plan for telephone support or get free support via our eMail or internet support system.

OfficeManager is licensed, not sold, based on the number of seats required by the user. You can tailor the cost of the program to your needs. Each available user (staff or manager) will need a licensed seat to operate the OFFICE MANAGER. Discounts are available for multiple users. Incentives are provided for new users during our product introduction period (until December 31, 2006).
