Order Status


Can I track my order?

As of right now, we don't have a tracking order system to track your orders if its shipped through another carrier. We do have the ability to send you a confirmation and letting you know when your order was received and when it will be shipped to one of our carriers.

I just order, how come I still haven't received status on my order yet?

When an order has just been placed it takes us 30 minutes or more to send you a confirmation that your order has been received.

How does the order process go?

First, you purchase an order then we received your order through our system to let us know an order was placed. Once we confirm the order, the an email confirmation should be send to you automatically. We usually ships orders we received before 3pm (eastern standard time) the same day.

I never received my order and it has been awhile, what should I do?

If it has been longer than the estimated shipping time you had order with, for example (Standard shipping= 5 to 7 days then you should expect that order to arrive in that period of time + 1 or 2 days for your order to get placed for shipping). If you waited for longer than that period of time then go ahead and give us a call at 770-303-0001 and speak to a person in sales.

How do I cancel an order/item?

If the order hasn't been shipped then its still cancelable. Call us at 770-303-0001 and ask for a salesperson, and we will gladly cancel the order for you.

How much is shipping?

Internet Download - Free
Standard Shipping (3-5 business days delivery time, Via US Postal Service) - $10.50
2nd Day Air (2nd business day delivery time, Via UPS/Fedex) - $18.50
Next Day Air (next business day delivery time, Via UPS/Fedex) - $23.50

*Note: We ship orders the same day if they are placed before 3pm that day after 3pm it is ship next business day.


When does my order get shipped to me?

After your order is placed we ship it the same day if its placed before 3pm (EST) that day, and after 3pm (EST) we will ship it the next business day. Depending on what shipping method you use the order will arrive within the estimated shipping times. For example, if you use standard shipping, it usually takes 5-7 business days to get to its destination. If you use next day air then it usually will get there the next business day.

Standard Shipping: Same day or next day ship out + (3-5 business day delivery time)
2nd day air: Same day or next day ship out + (2nd business day delivery time)
Next day air: Same day or next day ship out + (next business day delivery time)


Is my order/item trackable?

Currently our systems don't allow us to provide you with the ability to track your orders through shipping carriers. Your order/item is trackable when you placed an order letting you know when your order is going to be ship out.

Free Shipping Online?

To receive free shipping just download our software instead of receiving a cd. This way we can better serve you by offering you a free way of receving our software.

Refunds


How do I return my software?

First contact our customer service department and get a RMA number before returns are allowed. No returns on internet purchases.

Burton-Software Return Policy?

We back our products by giving you a full refund if the return is initiated within 30 days after purchase and all materials, including CD's and manuals, are returned to us. All returns must be approved by our customer service department, and a RMA number is assigned by them. No refunds will be issued on internet purchases. Prospective customers are urged to download the full featured demonstration program and "try before you buy".

What are my payment options?

Available payment options for online purchases are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We do accept checks for phone orders. If checks is the only purchase method then give us a call at 770-303-0001, press 1 and talk to a salesperson and we will gladly help you make a purchase with a check. Money order may also be used with phone orders.

When is my credit card charged?

Credit card is charged right after you submit your order. Once you received an email confirmation about your order, your card has probably already been charged.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only georgia residents have to pay taxes on their orders, the other state residents don't have to pay taxes on online orders.

Where can I obtain a receipt or copy of an invoice?

A receipt or copy of an invoice should be printed out once an order is purchased online. It is suggested to be done so in order for you to have a proof of purchase. We also will send you an email with copy of your transaction and that should be printed if you want to keep a copy. We also keep an electronic copy of your software purchase.
