HOW TO DOWNLOAD FILES

For each of the downloads below, follow the steps below to install
updates correctly:

          Step 1: Click on the link down below for the correct link

          Step 2: A dialog box will appear on your computer. At the dialog box, click "Open" or "Run" if you want to automatically run the update, or you can save it by clicking save and save to a location where you can install it from later (Be sure you remember where you put the downloaded file!).

          Step 3: The file will start downloading. Once file has been completely downloaded,
          the installation program will begin immediately if you choose the "run" or "open"
          option in step 2.

          Step 4: Follow the onscreen prompts to install the update(s).

*Note-     Do not uninstall your previous OfficeManager versions when applying this update. If instructed to do so by the installation, this indicates that your current program is a new version, and you don't need to apply this update/patch. **If you experience errors when starting the program from a workstation location such as "An exception has occurred" then download the Security issue update. Download this file to the network work station and run it from that position to clear any existing security issues.

W2 Combo 2007 (For Demonstration and Registered Users)

These programs contain the latest updates to the W-2/1099 programs. They should be installed only to correct an existing installation.

W2/1099 Update Patches (2007 program version 1.0.13)
 -Important update needed if you file multiple W-2 forms for the same individual. Forms 940 and 944 added to program. Corrects updating procedure to point to 2007 program. Includes minor bug fixes and forms corrections.[03-11-08]

W2/1099 Getting Started Guide -This pamphlet is recommended for first time users and evaluation users.

W2/1099 Updating from previous year's data -Instructions on updating previous year data to the 2007 program.

Work Station Setup Module for 2007 (7.77MB) (Required for network workstation installations) [11-21-07]

QpSetup module (Download to fix 1099 selection view problems)
-Some computers running Windows 98 may have problems selecting 1099 files. Downloading this module will solve these problems..

Accuwage Program (2007)
- This nifty program is used to check W-2 Magnetic Module Report Files. Download this program if you will be filing via diskette or internet electronic filing.

PrForms 2007 and OfficeManager

Installation of the .NET and other components is required. If you are downloading PrForms or OfficeManager for the first time, you must download these 2 components:  

      Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 (24MB) Updated [9-09-04]

      Microsoft Data Access Components 2.7 (5.2MB) Updated [9-09-04]

      OfficeManager Work Station Setup (required for all work stations accessing OfficeManager [10-06-06]
        Install this routine in each work station that accesses OfficeManager.

*Note-     Install Program Download  Microsoft .NET framework and Microsoft Data Access Components prior to installing the PRFORMS or OfficeManager program. Users with .NET framework 1.0 and previous versions will need to download the .NET 1.1 update.
